*Dame Dash has fired back at a TMZ report that he has no income and is unable to keep up on payments from ongoing business lawsuits.

However, the hip-hop mogul hit up Instagram to deny he’s having any cash problems.

In the post (see above), he shared a screenshot of TMZ’s article and wrote in the caption:

“Perfect example of how they always trying to make a strong independent black man look broke…this is the narrative they push no mention of my 24 network or my streaming service…or my galleries just bubblegum sh*t…[TMZ] y’all corny for that but the agenda is clear…Keep it up …I’m gonna keep making examples of y’all by winning…y’all been saying the same sh*t for 12 years ….soldiers will never understand generals…. 2 different languages.”

As reported by Complex, earlier this year, filmmaker Josh Webber sued Dash for $7 million in defamation damages. Dame also surrendered himself to the New York City Police Department following a warrant for his arrest for failure to pay child support.

Dame came to a settlement in September with filmmaker Lee Daniels following their legal battle over the Richard Pryor biopic. Daniels reportedly paid Dash $1.7 million.

Back in May… Dash’s ex-wife, Rachel Roy, responded to his request to a judge asking for more custody of their 11-year-old daughter.

At the time of our reported, Roy wanted the judge to shut down Dame’s court filing seeking to change the current custody deal they have for their daughter Tallulah. Dash recently went back to court asking for joint legal and physical custody of the child. In Roy’s response to his filing, she cited his history of violence and accused him of using drugs in front of their daughters, The Blast reported.

The former couple’s eldest daughter Ava, 19, filed a declaration saying she fears her father and noted how the marijuana he smokes, alcohol he drinks, and drugs he takes affects his mood, according to the report.
