*Chelsea Clinton believes JAY-Z let his superstar wife down a bit with his lackluster reaction when Beyonce shared her excitement about fitting into old costumes following the birth of the couple’s twins, Rumi and Sir.
The moment was documented in her hit Coachella concert film, “Homecoming,” and in a profile for The Cut, Clinton recalled watching the film with her husband, Marc, and how she was disappointed by the rapper’s response to his wife’s weight loss.
“And I said, ‘Marc, if that’s ever me, you better have more enthusiasm,’” Clinton said she told her husband while watching the doc, PEOPLE reports.
“It wasn’t the ‘I’m so proud of you. That’s amazing’ that I arguably think any woman deserves, particularly someone who has clearly worked herself body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit to get to that place,” Clinton continued.

“Homecoming: A Film by Beyoncé” reached 1.1 million U.S. viewers and garnered an average minute audience of 828,000 viewers, Nielsen reported.
The film highlights the 8 months of preparation leading up to Beyoncé’s 2018 Coachella, which paid homage to America’s historically black colleges and universities. Queen Bey made history as the first Black woman ever to headline the festival. In addition to the 100 or so dancers and musicians that shared the stage with her, Beyonce’s performance featured appearances from sister Solange, husband JAY-Z and members of her former group Destiny’s Child.
According to the Nielsen report, 43% of “Homecoming’s” audience were 18-34, 12% were 2-17 and 27% were adults age 35-49.
Beyonce is credited as a EP, writer and director of “Homecoming,” which is part of her three-project deal with Netflix worth $60 million, Variety reported. The concert had a reported budget of around $20 million.
