*Tami Roman couldn’t be bothered attending Part I of the “Basketball Wives” reunion, as she is over the show and all the shenanigans surrounding it. But her name was certainly mentioned in conversation during the raping
Series co-star Ogom “OG” Chijindu is at the center of some racially charged drama with Evelyn Lozada, so while attempting to convince OG to sit on a set separate from most of the rest of the cast, host Marc Lamont Hill noted that “Tami asked for a separate set so they want you on the same set as Tami,” according to MadameNoire.
But Tami fired back…taking to Twitter last Wednesday when the show was airing to set clear a few things:
“I did NOT request to be on a separate stage,” she wrote. I was TOLD that’s how it would be set up. However I didn’t attend anyway, but don’t lie on me to try & make your actions make sense.”

Hill later apologized to Roman for the confusion, saying he was “absolutely told you requested it,” but noted he does not want to spread fake news.
Tami admitted she had no interest in attending the reunion taping, and claims God gave her a reason to stay home… in the form of hives.
“If truth had been told-I requested to NOT attend & was told no, then I requested a ‘Draya’ & pretape w/you & was told no, 3wks out I was TOLD I would have 2B on a separate stage…but God blessed me with hives 5 days before,” she said.
Tami has spent the last 8 seasons of the show arguing with and physically fighting her co-stars, and now she’s had enough.
“I’ve been around these girls since 2010 and I think it’s just time for me to move on,” she said in her final scene in Season 8. “Over the course of my time with this group of ladies, it has definitely shaped me into who I am today. We have laughed, we have cried, they have supported me in my endeavors and I have supported them. I have been at the forefront of some of the most BS moments in history. I want to do better because I know to do better. It’s been nine years and it’s been a good run.”
