*The NAACP the nation’s oldest and largest civil rights organization and a coalition of black activists will lead a protest against Little Caesar’s Pizza in South L.A demanding that the employee who called Tommy Walker, an African American patron the N-word, be fired immediately and that their employees undergo cultural sensitivity training.
The Little Caesar’s Pizza employee reportedly handed Walker his Pizza and said, “Nig*er take this pizza and get out of here.”
Little Caesar’s Pizza’s corporate office was contacted but had no response.
“Anytime a Little Caesar’s employee can shove a pizza into the hands of a patron and tell him ‘Nigger take this pizza and get out of here’ … we can not support a corporation that ignores racism from its employees. Our coalition is calling for the firing of the employee and an immediate meeting with Little Caesar’s corporate executives,” Project Islamic Hope’s Najee Ali said in a statement.
