*Stacey Dash wants y’all to know that her domestic violence drama with her husband, which resulted in her arrest, was “blown out of proportion” by the media.
According to a TMZ report, the “Clueless” star was busted last Sunday at her Florida home after an argument with her new husband, attorney Jeffrey Marty.
Sources spilled to the outlet that Dash allegedly pushed and slapped her husband, and when officers responded to the 911 call about the violence… they saw scratches on his left arm and arrested her.
Days after her arrest, the case was dropped after Dash pleaded not guilty to a domestic battery charge, according to court records. She later released a statement via her rep that the arrest was simply a “formality.”

Husband Marty thanked the State Attorney for not pursuing charges.
“She was arrested over my objection at the time, but due to the pending investigation, I waited to comment until now,” he said in a tweet. “We both look forward to getting this behind us.”
In a 911 call, Stacey claimed her husband and his children conspired to have her arrested and that he coached them with statements to tell the police. She also alleged on the call that Jeffrey faked his minor injuries.
In a new statement, Stacey said the “events of the evening were misrepresented,” without going into detail.
In a tweet, she added, “Like normal married couples my husband and I had a marital dispute that escalated. Thank you for your support and love. Please give him the same.”
