Rihanna: Singer Announces Her Visual Autobiography is Now Available for Preorder

*Rihanna has announced plans to release a visual autobiography simply titled “Rihanna,” which is now available for preorder.

The book contains over 1,000 photos highlight RiRi’s career, including snapshots from “her childhood in Barbados to her worldwide tours, from quintessential fashion moments to private time with friends and family.”

“I am so excited to share this collection of incredible images,” Rihanna said in a statement. “I’m very grateful to the talented photographers and artists who contributed. We’ve been working on the book for over five years and I’m really happy to be able to finally share it with everybody.”

In collaboration with The Haas Brothers, the singer is also dropping three limited edition versions of the book: the Fenty x Phaidon edition This Shit Is Heavy, the Luxury Supreme edition, and the Ultra Luxury Supreme edition, Complex reports.

The Rihanna Book costs $175 and is now available for pre-order at Rihanna’s website, and arrives in a large-format trade edition Oct. 24.

A pre-release book party will be held at the Guggenheim Museum in NYC Oct. 11.

Meanwhile, Rihanna previously noted that she’s “still got an album to finish” — which is tentatively titled “R9.”

Last month, her star-studded Savage X Fenty show launched on Amazon Prime Video. The special features include backstage and behind-the-scenes footage, with the label’s Fall/Winter 2019 collection available for purchase via Amazon Fashion.

“Women should be wearing lingerie for their damn selves,” Rihanna told Vogue after launching the brand last year.

Speaking about Amazon Prime streaming the show, Rihanna said: “I couldn’t be more excited that everyone will have full access to the Savage X Fenty Show this year. We are working on creating a bold, sexy, super energetic experience for our viewers.”

Following a strong first year, Rihanna’s company Fenty recently secured $50 million in funding from investors, bringing its total investments to approximately $70 million.
