*We’ve got video of Stacey Dash‘s arrest on Sunday evening in Florida for domestic abuse. However, we’ll give her credit for staying calm during her bust(watch it above).
In the video, you can hear the arresting officer strike up a convo with Stacey, asking where she’s from and what she does for a living.
She responds by telling him she’s an actress and starred in “Clueless.” he also makes note of her stint as a political correspondent for Fox.
In related news, a source close to Dash tells TMZ she acted in self-defense. The source claims Stacey’s husband, Jeffrey Marty, attacked first, attempting to choke Stacey and she defended herself … which resulted in him getting scratches on his arm. Interestingly, Dash is the one who supposedly called the cops, but she ended up getting arrested because she didn’t have any marks on her but her husband did.

All you fans of Stacey Dash will be saddened to learn your hero got herself busted for domestic abuse over the weekend, according to a TMZ report.
The site says that law enforcement sources tell them the “Clueless” actor was busted Sunday in Pasco County — where she owns a home — after getting into a squabble with her new husband, Jeffrey Marty, and allegedly putting hands on him.
Police were called to their home around 7:45pm to respond to a domestic dispute between Dash and Marty. TMZ says their sources say Stacey Dash allegedly pushed and slapped her husband and that’s when officers arrived … they saw scratches on his left arm.

Dash was taken into custody, where she’s currently being held on $500 bail. We hear that in these types of incidents, the local authorities often hold people for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
If you missed it, the now not-so-happy couple got married last spring in a secret wedding ceremony in Florida. Not much is known about Marty, other than the fact that he’s a lawyer. It’s Stacey’s fourth marriage.
So far, no comment from the Dash camp.
