*The voice of Oscar-nominated actor Samuel L. Jackson will soon be coming to your Amazon Alexa device.
“He’s in the cloud baby! Hollywood legend Samuel L. Jackson is here to add some fun to your Alexa experience,” Amazon’s voice page declared. “Just ask and Sam will give you the weather, play your favorite music, tell jokes, and more.”
When the Jackson voice feature will become available is not yet known but enabling it won’t be free. The introductory price is 99 cents, and the regular price will be $4.99.

To get the voice, users will need to say, “Alexa, introduce me to Samuel L. Jackson” and choose between the explicit/MothaEffin’ or clean version, CBS News reports.
“If you change your mind later, simply go to the settings menu of the Alexa app to toggle between clean and explicit content,” the product page says.
The voices of other celebrities will soon be available as well, reports the BBC, and inquiring minds wanting to know if the stars are getting paid for their likenesses — yes they are.
According to USA Today, Amazon says Jackson will tell jokes, sing happy birthday, announce the weather, set timers and alarms, play music and more. You can also learn more about him “by asking about his interests and career,” Amazon says. However, he won’t be able to “help with Shopping, lists, reminders or Skills.”
