Kristoff St. John’s Father & Daughter List His Canoga Park Condo for $315K

*As we reported in February of this year, “The Young and the Restless” star Kristoff St. John died of hypertrophic heart disease at age 52.

It’s now August and his family apparently thinks it’s time to move on. With that in mind, the late actor’s father and daughter, who have been battling each other for control of his estate since his death, have put his San Fernando Valley (Canoga Park) condo up for sale, according to The Blast.

The asking price is $315,000 for the 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit.

The residence is located inside a gated community “in a tranquil environment with pools spas, lighted tennis courts and workout room,” according to Realtor.com.

Here’s more via Page Six:

St. John paid $260,000 for the condo in 2014. The proceeds of the sale are to be put into an escrow account until a final decision is made about who is in charge of St. John’s estate.

His daughter, 27-year-old Paris St. John, has been fighting with the actor’s father, Christopher St. John, since the late soap star died without a will.

Kristoff was also a father to daughter Lola St. John, 16.

He died of hypertrophic heart disease in February at age 52.

His autopsy report, obtained by Page Six, stated that he suffered from a history of alcohol abuse, bipolar disorder and suicidal ideations.

Other “significant conditions” were the effects of ethanol and myocardial bridging of the left anterior descending coronary artery.

Neither St. John’s father nor daughter could be reached for comment.
