*A$AP Rocky has responded to being found guilty of assault in Sweden following his arrest last month over a brawl in Stockholm last month.
The rapper was given a suspended sentence and reportedly ordered to pay $1,303 damages after a 19-year-old man was attacked by Rocky and two of his associates in the Swedish capital on June 30.
ASAP pleaded self-defense during his trial earlier this month but the Stockholm District Court said Rocky and his co-defendants “were not in a situation” where self-defense applied and that they “assaulted the victim by hitting and kicking him.”
The New York-native and his two bodyguards were “convicted of assault and sentenced to conditional sentences.”
