“They are willing to take a loss on the house, just like with their marriage,” a source said. “Wendy was so quick to move out of the house after filing for divorce, she wanted to not be in the house to be reminded of all the memories, both good and bad.”
The listing comes after Williams filed for divorce from Hunter after learning he fathered a child with his mistress. The talk show host moved out of their Jersey home earlier this year and into an apartment in New York City.
In related news, we previously reported that “Wendy Show” insiders claim the upcoming season 11 will be the last, as the future of the daytime talker has been uncertain since Wendy Williams’ lengthy medial-related hiatus last year, and her personal drama and substance abuse issues.

Wendy has enough going on as it is and honestly no one, including Wendy, is sure she can even make it through season 11. Not to mention, advertisers consider her to be a ‘risk’ due to her unplanned hiatuses and extended breaks. It’s very likely the show won’t be back.”
