*Wendy Williams is unloading the suburban family home she shared with ex-husband Kevin Hunter in Livingston, New Jersey.
The estranged couple is seeking $1,895,000 for the property, as they paid $2,100,000 for the home located in the Bel Air gated community, Page Six reports.
The outlet notes that the home boasts “5-bedroom and 4½-bathrooms and an oversized full finished basement. The first-floor private master suite includes a marble master bath, jacuzzi tub, steam shower and private sitting room.”

“They are willing to take a loss on the house, just like with their marriage,” a source said. “Wendy was so quick to move out of the house after filing for divorce, she wanted to not be in the house to be reminded of all the memories, both good and bad.”
The listing comes after Williams filed for divorce from Hunter after learning he fathered a child with his mistress. The talk show host moved out of their Jersey home earlier this year and into an apartment in New York City.
