Blue Note Records: Beyond The Notes is a documentary that not only features information about the founding of the historic jazz label, but jazz fans will also hear from Ambrose Akinmusire, Michael Cuscuna, Lou Donaldson, Robert Glasper, Herbie Hancock, Derrick Hodge, Norah Jones, Keith Lewis, Lionel Loueke, Terrace Martin, Ali Shaheed, Muhammad, Kendrick Scott, Wayne Shorter, Marcus Strickland, Rudy Van Gelder, Don Was and more.
Blue Note Records: Beyond The Notes opened earlier this month at the Metrograph in New York City. Fans are encouraged to get their tickets early as more venues are added for limited engagements across the country.
