*Los Angeles’ Downtown Art District is the home of Pali Wine Company’s tasting room, and recently EURweb was invited for an afternoon of wine tasting and food pairing.
Porto’s Bakery & Café provided the perfect partnership with delicious menu items created by Porto’s head chef Tony Salazar. Tracy Cyprow is the effervescent manger of Pali’s downtown location. She and her staff served guests in an eclectic atmosphere of mixing, mingling, good company and great libation.
Pali Wine company’s founding members Scott Knight and Tim Perr were on hand, as well as partner Stacey Rosser and others from the Pali team. Tim shared his passion for the wine business because: “It’s absolutely the best beverage that goes with everything.”
Pali Wines also offers membership into their Pinot Noir and Tower 15 wine club. The perks include complimentary tastings and exclusive offers from Pali’s vast collection of Central Coast, Bordeaux, Rhone, Italian and Spanish varietals.
