An official for the Residential Reentry Management confirmed Nida was transferred, but said the specific location of the halfway house would be kept private.
In case you forgot or just didn’t know, Nida was sentenced to eight years in prison for fraud. He cashed stolen checks and laundered over $2.3 million through fake bank accounts.
His release date was August 29, 2020. however, a federal judge reduced his sentence by a full year back in March.
Since he’s been at the halfway house, Nida has been seen in Philadelphia with his new fiancée, Sherien Almufti, a realtor from Philadelphia. The two held hands while walking down the street.
After 8 years of marriage, Phaedra Parks filed for divorce in 2017 which means they settled their split while Nida was locked down.
On the other hand, Nida has been engagerd to to Almufti since 2016.
