Katt Williams Says He Was Robbed of $59M + Lee Daniels Hosts Skating Parting for ‘Star’ Cast

*Comedian Katt Williams dished with Jemele Hill on the latest episode of her “Unbothered’ podcast, during which he claimed to be the victim of a recent embezzlement scheme that robbed him of $59 million!

Williams alleges members of his former team are behind the stolen millions and say they are the reason why he missed a recent court date.

He was a no show for a scheduled assault trial in Portland back in March, so a judge issued an arrest warrant and set bail at $10,000.

Elsewhere in his conversation with Hill conversation, Williams announced that he will soon deliver another Netflix stand-up special follow-up his 2018’s comedy show “Great America.”

In related news, Lee Daniels flew the cast of his “STAR” series to LA for a skating party to mark the end of the music drama series.

As previously reported, “Star” has been canceled after three seasons on FOX.

Lee flew the cast out to the west coast on his dime and put them up in hotels, according to a source.

“Cross fingers that you see us again, and if you don’t, you’ll see us in your dreams,” Daniels said in a video post with series stars Ryan Destiny and Evan Ross — watch it via the embed above.

Meanwhile, Lee’s other musical series “Empire” has also been canceled by FOX. The upcoming sixth season will be the last the hip-hop soap opera.

“We are turning the final season of ‘Empire’ into a large television event,” said Fox Entertainment Chief Executive Charlie Collier said . “We are trying to go out guns blazing.”
