*Kodak Black’s legal woes have just taken another turn for the worse.

The rapper was arrested earlier this month in Miami for allegedly providing incorrect information on firearm applications. He faces up to 10 years in prison in the case.

About a week after his arrest, TMZ reported that Black had been linked to a shooting that took place back in March.

Feds say he bought three weapons and over 100 rounds of ammunition in February, and one of those weapons was reportedly found with his fingerprints on it, along with a live round that jammed, at the scene of a non-lethal shooting. Authorities believe the intended target was a rival rapper — the target’s house was reportedly sprayed with bullets, but no one was injured.

Now, The Blast reports that the hip-hop star has been hit with a $500,00 lawsuit while behind bars in Miami.

According to documents obtained by the site, promoter Nicholas Fitts is accusing Kodak of agreeing to perform in New York on March 3 but he ended up ditching the show. He allegedly agreed to reschedule the concert for the following month but skipped that show as well. Fitts says Black scheduled a third performance but he was a no-show once again.

So Fitts has hit him with a lawsuit for an excess of $500,000 in damages.

Kodak has caught a number of serious charges since 2015, including robbery, battery, false imprisonment of a child, marijuana possession, criminal sexual conduct, house arrest violation and parole violation.

He pleaded not guilty last Wednesday to federal weapons charges and the judge granted the 21-year-old release on $550,000 bond with house arrest, but because he faces other criminal cases, including a South Carolina sexual assault trail, that bail is likely to be revoked.
