Sources close to Kevin tell The Blast, he is concerned about the people from the call center who are now going to lose their jobs, including many who are recovering addicts themselves. He also believes Wendy is trying to distance herself from anything relating to drug addiction and substance abuse.
As of now, the hotline is still taking calls, but we are told the staff was informed yesterday that the foundation is ending.
Meanwhile, a source told Page Six that Williams’ is dissolving the organization because she no longer wants to be associated with her ex.
The publication also notes that a longtime executive producer for “The Wendy Williams Show” is leaving for Tamron Hall’s new show.
