*Well now, what do we have heah?! Why it’s nothing more than a Norwegian princess declaring that she’s found love and happiness with a shaman and “spiritual hacker.” BTW, those are her words, not ours.
The princess is Martha Louise. She is 47 and is the eldest child of King Harald and Queen Sonja. We don’t know where they met or when, but photographs of them together date back to November last year.
The Daily Mail reports the shaman is a 44-year-old bisexual California native who sells $10 meditations online, claims he can reverse ageing “and is now flogging tickets to a five-city European tour with his new girlfriend for up to $140 each.”
The eccentric princess announced on Monday that Shaman Durek, whose real name is Derek Verrett, was her ‘twin flame’ and new boyfriend.
“When you meet your twin flame, you know. I have been lucky enough to have met mine. @shamandurek has changed my life, like he does with so many,” the Princess captioned the photo of the couple.

By the way, the Norwegian royal divorced her husband Ari Behn in 2017 after a 14-year marriage. They share three daughters, but her heart is now completely aligned with Shaman Durek.
“He has made me realize that unconditional love actually exists here on this planet. He embraces all of me without question or fear. He makes me laugh more than anyone, has the most profound wisdom to share and all the bits in between from the diversity of his being. I feel so happy and blessed that he is my boyfriend,” she added.
And because she was sure she’d catch incoming from the haters, Princess Martha made sure to made sure to address her critics.
“And to those of you who feel the need to criticize: Hold your horses. It is not up to you to choose for me or to judge me. I don’t choose my man to satisfy any of you or the norms or boxes you have chosen in your mind for me to be in. I don’t thrive there, nor do I exist in your illusion about me. I choose from love. And that’s it. Shaman Durek is merely a man I love spending my time with and who fulfills me.”
Durek is a human rights activist and women’s empowerment leader, who also took to social media to express his love of the princess.
“I’m free when I’m with her, free to be me and love a women who is a bright light of wisdom and profound grace and immense beauty,” he wrote in part.
