*Usher’s $20 million herpes lawsuit with the woman who claims he exposed her to the virus has been dismissed as both parties have reached a settlement, TMZ reports.

Laura Helm sued the singer back in 2017 alleging she contracted herpes after they had unprotected sex. She initially sued for $10 million, then upped it to $20 mil for emotional distress and punitive damages.

According to court docs, Helm filed to dismiss her suit earlier this week because she and Usher have “reached an amicable resolution.”

The amount of the financial settlement has not been disclosed.

Usher is challenging similar accusations from three other people as part of a case filed by Quantasia Sharpton, who claims she hooked up with the R&B icon in 2014 following a concert in New Jersey.

Sharpton says the Grammy-winning singer put her at risk by failing to tell her that he allegedly had a sexually transmitted disease. She did not contract herpes, but she, a man and another woman (listed as John Doe and Jane Doe in court docs) hit the entertainer with a lawsuit for unspecified damages over their alleged sexual encounters with him.

Usher has repeatedly maintained his innocence.

The Tennessee-native and his second wife, Grace Miguel, ended their three-year marriage in December.
