*We all know Rebel Wilson for her comedic, rebel spirit and Anne Hathaway for her poise and wit, so it was no surprise when I asked the question, are men better hustlers than women? They both answered “No.”
“I don’t think gender has anything to do with it. I just think the conditions for women to be hustlers specific is because a lot of people don’t think we will do it.” Hathaway explains.
The dynamic duo’s new movie “The Hustle” is a (female) remake version of “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,” featuring Michael Caine and Steve Martin. The ladies rendition is definitely giving the men a run for their money when it comes to being a master con artist.
“In our movie, we’re not saying that men are stupid we’re saying some men are stupid and some men who have really simple-minded ideas about what a women is. Their pretty vulnerable to having their money taken by women who are smarter than them and don’t feel bad about it. “ Hathaway clarifies. While Wilson adds “ And we exploit their superficiality.”

Rebel hustled hard for this movie. Wilson thought of the idea, was a producer of the movie and put her law degree to use by presenting an argument to the MPAA to fight for the PG-13 rating. By the way, she clearly is a great lawyer because she won her case.
As we sat and dished on their most memorable hustles and how Hathaway received this movie offer before Ocean’s 8, you could tell the pair admired each other as friends and professionals.
This will be a hilarious and fun way to celebrate Mother’s Day weekend, by gifting mom a trip to see this movie, I guarantee she will have a great time. “The Hustle” hits theaters nationwide May 10.
