Meagan Good Dishes with Wendy Williams About Her Pricy Eyebrow Hair Transplant [VIDEO]

Meagan Good

*Actress Meagan Good previously shared with her followers plans to get a hair transplant for her overly plucked eyebrows.

In October of 2017, “The Intruder” star began documenting her journey of restoring her thin brows, with the promise of showing off the results later on social media. See her original post below.

“Seriously after destroying my eyebrows at age 19, I’m over the moon to share that there’s hope ladies! You can have a brow full of hair even after not having hair there for years,” she wrote on Instagram.

Good reportedly went to famed plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond for the procedure. As we previously reported, 8 months later, after completing the transplant process, she shared the results on Instagram last year.

Meagan uploaded a picture of her newly full brows and wrote: “My eyebrows are finally coming along after my #EyebrowTransplant! This has been such an eyebrow evolution journey lol, but finally starting to come full circle.”

Here’s how the pricy procedure works according to Dr. Diamond’s website:

“Eyebrow transplants are typically performed by removing hair from the back of the scalp. After hair is harvested, tiny angled incisions are made in the brow area, and the hairs are grafted into the hair follicles.”

“An eyebrow transplant usually takes between two and three hours to perform, depending on the amount of hair that each patient needs transplanted. With the advanced transplantation methods that Dr. Diamond uses, patients can expect their results to be natural and long lasting.”

As for the cost of the treatment, BET reports that it may vary by region, but RealSelf estimates a median cost of $7,500 on average.

Here’s Meagan appearing on “The Wendy Williams Show” talking about her eyebrow transplant:
