*Talented and passionate singers, songwriters, dancers and actors receive four minutes on stage at Security Square Mall (6901 Security Blvd, 21244) on Saturday April 20, 2019 from 1 – 4pm at the “Uplifting Minds II” Entertainment Conference.
There is still time for talent to sign-up. One act in each category can walk away with over $15,000 valued in prizes and gifts.
Talented artists that received their big-break at “ULMII” includes Grammy winning Miguel, actress Naturi Naughton (“Power”), Disney’s RoShon Fegan (“Shake It Up,” “Camp Rock”) and Dru Hill songwriters The Featherstone Bros (“I Should Be (Your Boyfriend)”).
“ULMII” is celebrating 20 years of community service offering this free entertainment conference to the communities in Baltimore and Los Angeles. Attendees get to hear the experiences and get expert advice from those currently working in the entertainment industry. Talent get to perform before an attentive mall audience and inquisitive panel, network with other artists and promote their future shows and projects. “Uplifting Minds II” is presented in part by Security Square Mall and The Baltimore Times.y radio personality/comedian/actress Doresa Harvey and DJ Rick (GSE).
