*Tone Loc, like a lot of black folk, is deeply disturbed at the sight of the confederate flag. It reminds him of what blacks had to deal with “back then” and even today. In other words, when he saw a Texas teen wearing it, it set him off.
Loc was on “TMZ Live” and explained why he got so upset recently at Midland International airport in Texas. As we reported, the rapper was pissed specifically at a teenage boy who was wearing  a hat with the stars and bars and the word, “Rebel.”
“I don’t care if people want to wear a Confederate flag or do whatever, but I must say this, please…if I wear a blue rag or a red rag where I’m from, then I’m gonna have to suffer the consequences, because somebody I might run into might not be into that. That child’s mother or father should have checked him because he may run into somebody who may not be into that stuff. Then he’ll have to suffer the consequences, or his parents will have to suffer the consequences.”
“F**k the Confederate flag,” Tone Loc told the kid’s mother. He also went at dad for allowing his son to wear that cap in the first place.

Tone Loc says he first told the teen, “Your hat is whack” as he was grabbing his luggage from baggage claim. As he walked out, Tone says the kid’s mom started going off on him … prompting the clash.
He ended up in handcuffs, but was NOT arrested.
Tone’s message here is clear — wear whatever you want, but realize there might be consequences.
