Congressman James Clyburn in Hot Water with Black Voters and #ADOS for Saying Reparations Impossible (WATCH)

*The highest ranking black person in congress James Clyburn is in hot water with black folks after his remarks stating reparations are impossible on Tuesday.

Across Twitter black America and #ADOS (American Descendants of Slavery) followers that made reparations a national talking point for Democratic Presidential Candidates voiced their displeasure:

CPAC ATTRACTS THE GOP’S WORST ELEMENTS — BUT VAN JONES STILL WENT

Clyburn told the Post Courier “he thinks “pure reparations would be impossible to implement.” Yet he never cleared up what “pure reparations” meant, or what expertise he used to deem it impossible.
Leading economist from Duke University Professor Sandy Darity, and expert on reparations said this:

Pointing to the history of South Carolina with Slavery, a place that still has tours of standing slave plantations.
#ADOS co-founder and the host of weekly news show Breaking Brown Yvette Carnell did a powerful show pointing out the problem with Congressman Clyburn making his statement when her movement had created so much energy around reparations. Further she stated she believes it was done to allow cover for Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi to look passively supportive of HR 40 to study reparations last week, while providing a hard line answer of no from the highest ranking black congressman in James Clyburn so Pelosi didnt have to say no to reparations.
