*Adrien Broner might be hit with legal action after threatening to shoot gay people in a video posted on his Instagram page.
The 29-year-old erupted into a bizarre rant online after he was accused of flirting with social media star Andrew “Mr. Delivert” Caldwell.
Broner has now been ordered to stay away from Caldwell after making a video implying he would shoot him in the face if he made a pass at him.
According to TMZ, on Thursday morning, a St. Louis judge granted Caldwell’s request for a temporary restraining order against the boxer. Broner must stay at least 500 feet from Andrew.

As previously reported, Adrien threatened to “punch the testosterone” out of Caldwell after Andrew allegedly hit him up on the low in an attempt to hook up. But Caldwell insists it was the other way ’round.
He also accuses Broner of being a “closet homosexual” who initially.expressed interest in hooking up with him. But Broner adamantly denies this. He responded in a “PSA” video, warning “any f-g, punk ass ni–a come run up on me, trying to touch me on all that gay sh-t, I’m letting you know right now – if I ain’t got my gun on me, I’m knocking you the f— out.”
Caldwell took the video as a personal threat — and a judge agreed with him. In court docs obtained by TMZ, he noted, “[Broner] says on social media that he coming to St. Louis to kill me.”
The judge has also ordered both Broner and Caldwell to not post disparaging remarks about each other on social media.
A hearing on the matter is set for April 1, at which time the judge will decide if the restraining order should be extended.
