Kyle Massey: Ex-Disney Star Sued by 13-Yr-Old Girl for Sexual Misconduct

*What da hell! That’s the reaction from a lot of folks regarding the news that ex-Disney star Kyle Massey is facing a lawsuit from a 13-year-old girl who says he sent her sexually explicit photos and video which allegedly include shots of his erect penis.

The lawsuit says that the youngster and her mother met the “That’s So Raven” star at Universal City back in 2009 when she was just 4 years old. She says Massey maintained contact with her and held himself out as a father figure.

The girl says she had long been interested in pursuing an entertainment career and hoped Kyle would help, according to reports.

The suit also claims that in December (2018) he spoke with the child’s mother and invited the girl from Seattle to fly to L.A. where he would take care of her and help get her an agent. He said the 13-year-old could stay with him and his girlfriend.

The girl and her mom claim days later, Massey began sending the girl “numerous sexually explicit text messages, images, and videos” including “a Snapchat image of Massey holding his penis with a corresponding text message that reads ‘LOL/Just me messing with u LOL.'”  She also claims he sent her video of his erect penis.

Oh yeah, did we mention that Massey is now 27-years-old?!

In any event, the girl is suing for at least $1.5 million.

In related news, Massey is not among the “That’s So Raven alum invited to appear on “Raven’s Home,” the new reboot of the Disney Channel classic. The show picks up with Raven Baxter (Raven Symone) years later as a single mother, living with her best friend Chelsea (Anneliese van der Pol) and their children.

Regarding the new show show, while speaking with “The Talk,” Symone revealed that Rondell Sheridan will reprise his role as her father and Johnathan McDaniel will be back as Raven’s ex-boyfriend, Devon Carter.
