*Tamar Braxton and estranged husband Vince Herbert have yet to finalize their divorce and despite the rumors of infidelity and abuse during their marriage, Tamar says she and her ex are getting along splendidly.
The singer appeared on the “Wendy Williams Show” this week to set some things straight in the wake of Vince’s hospitalization due to gout complications.
“Vince has been under the weather so I’ve been holding down the fort,” Braxton said. “But we’re not enemies…We co-parent really really well.”
Health issues aren’t the only worries that Herbert has. According to The Blast, he is facing two lawsuits, both from a company called NK Real Estate Investments.

The suit claims Herbert entered into a one-year lease over a Los Angeles condo back in December 2018. Herbert was supposed to pay $37,000 a month but allegedly did not pay in February. He was served last month with a three-day notice to pay rent or quit.
The company sued Herbert for the unpaid rent of $38,850, plus other costs.
The 3-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 3,430 sq. ft. pad is located in a fancy building that features a 75 ft. pool with hotel-style cabanas, state of the art gym, Pilates studio, spa, yoga studio, large screening room, library, conference room/office, entertaining center with catering area and bar lounges, private wine storage, and a children’s playroom.
The unit is back on the market, so it would appear Herbert has vacated the home but the lawsuit is ongoing.
A second lawsuit was filed against Herbert by a woman named Dakota Sal accusing him of writing her two checks totaling $10,000 last month. She says both bounced and the account is now closed.
Meanwhile, during her sit-down with Wendy Williams, Braxton confirmed she and Vince are still legally married and their divorce is pending.
“It’s the paperwork, Linda!” she said. “And it’s LA. And when you have a lot of things together and LA, just period, takes forever. We haven’t been living together for two years now.”
