Nevertheless, our presiding King has set out a national decree to all his subjects throughout his kingdom to commit to improving their fitness by getting tight and right so the Wakanda collective can participate in the 4th annual Marvel runDisney Virtual Series this summer.
First-time run enthusiasts and Black Panther fans will have the opportunity to acquire a Black Panther finisher medal while celebrating 80 years of Marvel with three themed 5Ks that participants can complete while in the comfort of their homes and neighborhoods, by treadmill or on any course they decide.
Registration opens May 7th at runDisney.com with a themed race taking place each summer month, Captain Marvel in June, Iron Man in July, and Black Panther in August. After the completion of each event, runners will receive a medal, a digital bib, and a finisher certificate, as well as, participants who sign up and complete all three competitions will earn a bonus Marvel 80th Anniversary souvenir and commemorative item which will be announced at a later date. By the way, copping a soon-to-be collector’s Black Panther themed medal will make anyone the king of their village; each runDisney medal is unique to the race and year which makes them more valuable as the years go by.
The runDisney Virtual Series events that provide runners the unique opportunity to run through Disney Parks and Resorts, earn Disney-themed finisher medals, experience Disney’s world-famous entertainment and, guest service, and ultimately celebrate their accomplishments with a Disney vacation.
