Kelly owes a minimum of $161,000 in child support to his ex-wife, Andrea Kelly, regarding their three children; Jay, Joann and Robert Kelly, Jr.
As e reported earlier, he had until today’s court hearing to settle up, or face an arrest warrant for failure to pay and that’s exactly what happened. The child support case has been kept sealed, but portions went public due to Kelly’s looming criminal case.

*R. Kelly, it seems, could find himself right back behind bars if he doesn’t his act together and come up with that outstanding child support tab of over $160,000.
The bottom line, according to sources, is that the deadline for the $161,633 he owes to ex-wife, Drea Kelly, is due TODAY at 10 AM Central Time. If the embattled singer doesn’t settle up with the court by then, he could find himself back in jail.
Interestingly, in his conversation with Gayle King, Kelly ranted and sobbed about wanting a relationship with his kids. That interview was taped yesterday, Tuesday, and at that point, sources say he had not paid.

Kelly actually owes Drea nearly $200k, all told, and he’s known since last month he had to pay the minimum amount of $161k by March 6.
Additionally, the D.A. could charge him criminally for failure to pay the support. Any amount over $20k is a felony.
