Remy Ma and Papoose Reveal The Golden Child’s Name!

Loni Love: Now, you refer to your baby as “The Golden Child.”

Remy Ma: Yes.

Loni: In references to the struggles of what you just said…

Remy Ma: Yes, yeah.

Loni: But can you reveal her name?

Remy Ma: Her real name is Reminisce Mackenzie, and Mackie, like our last name.

Loni: Oh!!!!

[The Real audience applauds]

Jeannie Mai: That’s beautiful.

Adrienne Houghton: That is such a beautiful name.

Jeannie: Reminisce.

Remy Ma: Everybody always names their sons after their dads, I just feel like hmm… I think we need another Remy in the world.

Adrienne: Yes!

[The Real audience applauds]

Remy Ma: So she’s Reminisce. But the strange thing – no one calls her Remy. We all call her Mac, short for her middle name, Mackenzie.

Loni: Really?

Papoose: I call her Snook.

Jeannie: Snook?

Loni: Lil’ Snook?

Remy Ma: He calls her everything.

Papoose: Snook. Snookums.

Remy Ma: Snookums. Snook the Crook. Snook the Cook.

Yvette Nicole Brown: Look at her! Look how she’s looking at you! Look how she’s looking at you!

Jeannie: So who do you think spoils her more?

Papoose: Well, my wife was always complaining that she didn’t want me to spoil the baby – turns out she’s the one spoiling her.

Adrienne: She said that! How do you spoil her?

Remy Ma: I’m literally – I cannot stop buying her stuff! Everything is so cute! The ribbons and the bows and the flowers and the pearls and the diamonds…

Loni: Remy… would you do it again?

Remy Ma: I actually would. He’s scared. After the whole labor thing, he was really scared.

Papoose: We went through a lot in the delivery, and I was like… I don’t want to do it. But now that she’s fine and ok, I’m ready to go again.

[The Real audience applauds]

Remy Ma: I’m thinking we need a boy.

Jeannie: It was a lot. It was a lot.

Remy Ma: A little boy, a little boy wouldn’t be too bad.
