“It is truly a creative exchange of ideas, knowledge, perspectives and best practices that are shared between panelists to their audiences and vice versa,” cites Jay King, the creator  and creative  force behind the Creative Exchange  Conferences.  “The idea is to jump-start conversations between people with a goal for us to learn how to listen, share,  agree to disagree, and maybe change our perspectives a little so we can find a common ground that can move us forward, build partnerships, and create building blocks for new changes and ideas in our lives both individually, and collectively.”
