*Tamera Mowry-Housley and Tia Mowry-Hardrict have take then sisterly bond to the next level after one drank the other’s breast milk as a remedy for her illness.
When Tamera, 40, recently came down with an illness, she allegedly searched for medicinal and herbal remedies until she found a cure that was more close to home.
Her twin sister provided Tamera with some breast milk after she read an article suggesting how beneficial it is for adults.

“The Real” host recorded a video on her Instagram, in which she holds a coffee cup filled with the milk and declares it’s the “best milk” she’s ever tried. Tamera even claims to be feeling better after digesting the nutrients and antibodies.
“Oh my gosh, Tia, this is amazing,” Tamera says in the clip. “Your breast milk is the best milk I’ve ever tried in my life, oh my god.”
She also captioned the video with, “Well, I do feel better ??♀️”
Meanwhile, Tia — who welcomed her daughter in May last year, also posted the video of her sick sister on her Instagram.
“Soooo, my sister is desperate for some healing,” she wrote. “She’s sicky poo and I sent her an article on how breast milk has healing properties and was okay with drinking my #breastmilk.”
“Ps, she’s had some before and I mean, she’s my twin,” she added. “Here’s what she had to say.”
