“Power” star Naturi Naughton is a new mom so she dishes on exposing her little one to diverse flavors to help develop a color palate. As a proud Nigerian, and an aficionado of travel, sports and culture, TJ Adeshola and JJ recall how they met during Yacht Week in Croatia. The conversation heats up when the trio talk about the art of romance and cooking to keep the romance hot.  Chef JJ also reveals which female celebrities he would pick to bring the spice to his life.

Set in a hip, New York City loft, JJ prepares meals from his kitchen and entertains his celebrity friends. Each episode features notable special guests including fashion entrepreneur Nichole Lynel, actor Malik Yoba, celebrity fitness trainer Naphtali Aikens, CLEO TV Personalities Tai Beauchamp and Elton Anderson, gospel artist Koryn Hawthorne, actor Robert Ri’chard and ESPN Commentator and NBA champion Stephen Johnson, among others. The series airs back-to-back episodes of Season 3 on Sunday at 9 a.m. ET with an encore at 7 p.m. ET.
