*Staffers at the Wendy Williams show reportedly don’t want her to return to her hit daytime television show and it seems they may just get their wish.
Producers for “The Wendy Williams Show” claim she is “100 percent not involved” in her own show during her hiatus for medical reasons, and they “are moving forward like she doesn’t exist,” a “close source” told Radar Online.
Wendy’s allegedly abusive husband, Kevin Hunter, has reportedly been pushed out, as well, the report states,
“At first, they were keeping her and Kevin in the loop, getting their approval on replacement hosts and guests. Now, they are not even CC-ing them!” Radar Online wrote.

As we previously reported, the staff is said to be happy about her not returning.
“It has been like a vacation having guest hosts,” an insider told Radar Online. “Everyone is laughing and smiling and working together all had gotten so used to walking on eggshells around Wendy and Kevin, we forgot what a fun work environment was.”
In her absence, viewers have been entertained by a host of guests including Don Lemon, Sherri Shepherd and Nick Cannon.
Wendy is reportedly taking an extended break from her hosting duties to tend to an injured arm and she’s dealing with ongoing thyroid issues. The daytime diva is also said to be on the verge of a divorce after reports of her husband’s alleged affair.
Williams was recently spotted at a Florida CVS with a friend, according to Us Weekly. See the image below:
