*Chris Brown has been detained in Paris on suspicion of rape, CBS News reported Tuesday, and many on social media are asking: Is anyone really surprised?

Police sources have confirmed that the singer is being held with two other people, including his bodyguard, after a 24-year-old woman filed a complaint alleging she was raped at Brown’s hotel suite at Le Mandarin Oriental hotel in Paris on January 15.

The AP noted that the complaint “was filed with police in the 17th arrondissement of northwest Paris.” French authorities confirm to TMZ that CB is in custody for alleged aggravated rape and narcotics offenses.
