*If you’re a fan of “The Real” co-host Jeannie Mai, you’ll be interested to know that yo’ girl and her ex-husband have completed a divorce settlement in which she gets to keep their multi-million dollar LA mansion, among other things. He didn’t do so bad, either.
It happened last month when she an ex, Freddy Harteis, came to an agreement. Specifically, neither party will have to pay the other spousal support, but she gets to keep the home – valued at $1.2 million – in the Sherman Oaks section on LA in the San Fernando Valley
She also keeps her clothing, jewelry, and personal effects and several banks accounts, according to The Blast.
Mai, who was represented by powerhouse attorney Marci Levine, will also keep her SAG pension plan and her interest in her entertainment company, Mai Dream Inc. She also keep any money she pulled in since the date of separation.
Her ex-husband will walk away with a 2003 Mercedes Benz C-Class, a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 Power Wagon, a Sprinter Pull Log Trailer, and several bank accounts.
Harteis will also receive a one-time payment from Mai (the amount is being kept confidential).

As was reported earlier, Mai filed for divorce on August 10, 2017 from her Harteis after almost 10 years of marriage.
Jeannie Mai, who exudes a bubbly, but sometimes emotional personality, cited irreconcilable differences and wanted the judge to terminate her ex’s right to spousal support.
Mai has spoken about her failed marriage Harties on “The Real” several times. Once, she said of him:
“To this day, I mean it honestly, he’s the best man I know … I married him because he’s like my dad. He’s very loyal, he’s very compassionate, so funny, an awesome guy and in our 13 years of being together, there was never any lies, no betrayal, no cheating, nothing.”
