Mel B and Stephen Belafonte Agree to Restraining Orders Against Each Other

*Mel B and Stephen Belafonte have reportedly come to an agreement on some child custody issues and resolved an ownership matter over a valuable Spice Girls memorabilia.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, an agreement has been made to keep Mel B 200 yards away from Stephen and his daughter from a previous relationship, Giselle, as well as keep him 200 yards away from Mel and Angel, her daughter with Eddie Murphy.

Belafonte had been gunning to get custody of 11-year-old Angel.

As for personal property, Mel and Stephen will split the gym equipment they stored at the marital home and she gets to keep her studio equipment. The singer was also granted a “video game console labeled Spice Girls,” that she reportedly paid Belafonte $2,500 to keep.

It’s unclear if the game in question is the 1998, “Spice World,” but with the announcement of the reunion tour, the game could become a pricey piece of history.

Mel will pay Belafonte $5,000 per month in child support for the ex-couple’s daughter, 7-year-old Madison. The star will also pay Belafonte $350,000 in attorney’s fees.

The custody arrangement with the child remains the same, and the parents have also agreed not to badmouth each other in front of the kid.

Both Stephen and Mel will also be allowed to FaceTime with Madison nightly for an hour, depending on who has custody that night.

These latest docs were just filed last week, which means the former lovers are close to a final settlement and judgment, the report states.
