We are looking for Social Media & Digital Marketing Interns to join our growing team. The ideal applicant(s) will possess strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, including various social media sites.
A deep knowledge and enthusiasm for celebrity culture, popular culture – including hip-hop, TV, sports and internet memes.
A firm grasp of video and social media platforms and communities, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more
Successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring and posting on social networks. Those looking to gain valuable online media experience with an established organization are encouraged to apply. College credit is required.
Social Media Intern responsibilities
Work with Social Media Manager to create and implement campaigns
Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas
Create engaging blog and social media content
Occasionally attend events and provide social media coverage – if located in Los Angeles or New York
Social Media Intern skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
Basic knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
