*OK Pooch Hall, what the hell were you thinking? We ask that because Wednesday night the “Ray Donovan” actor was busted for DUI as well as child felony endangerment, after he allegedly let his 2-year-old son “drive” because he (Pooch) was to far gone to steer properly. Wow.
Can you imagine seeing this happening? Well a lot of folks did. According to Law enforcement sources, Hall was driving in Burbank at around 7:30 PM when witnesses called 911 after seeing the toddler in his lap holding the steering wheel.
Witnnesses say Hall, 41, was weaving in and out of traffic with a small child on his lap, but that officers “don’t know that the child was actually driving” the vehicle. “It’s more like he was sitting unrestrained on his lap,” a public information officer told Page Six.

Witnesses also say they watched the car veer off and smash into a parked car, reports TMZ. Fortunately, there were no injuries. One eyewitness said he saw the child crying in the front seat. The eyewitness says he looked in the window and the car seat was just laying among the junk in the back seat. It was not installed.
Hall apparently was so lit, he was not able to perform field sobriety tests at the time and preliminary tests showed that his blood alcohol content was almost three times the legal limit.
The bottom line is that the actor was cuffed and taken to jail (he’s still there as of this posting) on $100,000 bail.
Meanwhile, his his son was released into his wife’s custody.
