*Jhené Aiko is going after her former manager in court.
The singer has filed documents accusing Joshua Williams of using her image for his own personal gain by pretending the two are still working together. According to The Blast, Aiko accuses Williams of falsely acting as her booking agent while she was represented by powerhouse agency ICM.
The singer accuses Williams of using her image to “raise the status and representation” of his various entertainment operations, and even put her face on his website. Aiko further claims that Williams tarnished her reputation by making her look complicit in breaching her deal with ICM.
Earlier this year, Williams sued Aiko to recoup the $53,000 she allegedly owed from expenses plus another $16,000 in regular pay he claims to have spent on her behalf.
However, Aido claims the agent was actually booking lavish hotels and services for his other clients and then trying to hit up Aiko for reimbursement.
Williams has yet to respond to Aiko’s new allegations.
