Must See Videos: Angela Rye Torches Trumpster + Aretha’s Classic Scene in ‘The Blues Brothers’ + Good Samaritan Gives Water to Homeless Family – WATCH

*While we’re mourning the loss of Aretha Franklin, we thought we’d flash back to her film debut in the classic film, “The Blues Brothers” that only the Queen of Soul could steal. When originally released in ’68, the feminist anthem became the Queen of Soul’s seventh top 10 hit! #Think #MrsMurphy #QueenOfSoul

man giving water to family

We don’t know his government name, but @queenzflip drove past a woman with six kids sharing water. He decided to stop at the store and buy snacks and drinks for the family. The kind gesture brought the mother to tears:

Lastly, social agitator and CNN commentator Angela Rye had little patience for Gina Loudin, a member of President Trump’s 2020 Advisory Council after she (Loudin) tried to justify not having any black staffers of consequence at the White House.

The issue came about when CNN panelists discussed how White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders refused to answer questions about the administration’s diversity.

“As I addressed yesterday, we value diversity, not just at the White House, but throughout the entire administration, and we’re going to continue trying to diversify this staff,” said Sanders to the press.

Loudin’s response was to compare the administration’s lack of diversity to “overcoming slavery” and then she freaked Rye out by saying that former presidents didn’t need Black employees to accomplish such a task.

Whoa!

“I think I’m stuck in 1865 right now,” Rye said.

Loudin , like most Trumpers, kept cutting Rye off as she tried to explain why she disagreed and Rye put an end to it.

“What you’re not going to keep doing is talking over me because my Black life matters and so does my voice… So what you’re going to do right now is listen to what I’m saying to you.. And what you said what deeply offensive.”
