A coalition of civil rights leaders call for President Donald Trump to formally apologize for calling his former White House assistant Omarosa Manigualt Newman a “dog” in a tweet he sent out earlier today (08-14-18).
Trump calling Omarosa a dog is not just racist, its sexist and dehumanizing to all women, especially African American women.
Trump is speaking in code to his base of racist supporters by essentially calling Omarosa a bitch and dog whistling to his supporters. We, along with many other Americans, see right through Trump who continues to attack women of color.

Congressmember Maxine Waters, NBA star LeBron James, former NFL star Colin Kaepernick and journalist Don Lemon are just some of the black leaders Trump has viciously attacked. As Trump continues his war against black America there will be more responses.
There are some who ignored Trump’s racist tweet because they dislike Omarosa. But this is bigger than Omarosa. No one should ignore racism against black people by the President of the United States.
If you have a African-American mother,sister,daughter or niece how would you feel about a white man calling them a dog. If you can’t and won’t support a black woman who is clearly being wronged then your a Trump supporter also.
The best way to fight Trump and his allies is to vote them all out of office!
