*Kanye West will be back on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” tomorrow (Aug. 9), five years after his last appearance, when he and the late-night host famously squashed their beef.
Kimmel delivered the news Tuesday on Twitter.

West’s last appearance on the ABC late-night talk show came in October 2013, in what was billed as an attempt to address their social media feud.
The beef was sparked when ‘Ye took exception to a Kimmel sketch spoofing the rapper’s infamous BBC interview in which he made various outlandish claims and described himself as “the No. 1 rock star on the planet.”
After the sketch aired, West called Kimmel a “manipulative media mother**ker” and created the hashtag #AllDisrespectToJimmyKimmel.
Kimmel upped the ante in follow-up monologues and said he “always wanted to be in a rap feud.” The beef ended when West appeared as a guest on the show.
West’s appearance on the show Thursday, Aug. 8, follows an appearance by his wife Kim Kardashian West last Friday.
