*After winning against The Game in court earlier this year, Viacom is now going after the rapper to pay their legal bills amassed while defending his $20 million lawsuit against them.

The original case centers on an alleged assault that took place during The Game’s VH1 reality dating show “She Got Game.” Contestant Priscilla Rainey accused him of sexual assault during filming and eventually won her lawsuit, which forced Game to pay $7.2 million in damages.

Last year, The Game sued Viacom for $20 million demanding they be held liable for the $7.1 million judgment. He argued that Viacom should cover the bill because they cast Rainey on the show, despite knowing she had a criminal history. He claimed they knew of her multiple felony arrests for battery and that she suffered from mental health issues.

Viacom denied they should be liable for the $7.1 judgment and sought to have the entire case dismissed.

On June 5, the judge ruled in Viacom’s favor by dismissing The Game’s lawsuit.

According to new court documents obtained by The Blast, Viacom is now asking the court to order Game to pay their legal fees, which cost them $35,729.50.

The judge has yet to rule.
