*LOS ANGELES – N2U Creative Marketing Group, headed by global marketing and branding strategist Marc Brogdon (pictured above), has been named Agency of Record for the Pan African Film and Arts Festival (PAFF), one of the largest film festivals in the country, now in its 27th year.

The Pan African Film Festival, as it is widely known, is a 12-day event held annually in Los Angeles, attracting 135,000 attendees from around the world.

Brogdon will lead strategic marketing, branding, and content creation across all platforms.

“Marc Brogdon has a tremendous reputation for successful global brand-building and has deep connections inside and outside of the Pan African film world. We are so excited to have him at the helm of all of our marketing, nationally and internationally, as we continue to expand our program,” said PAFF Executive Director Ayuko Babu. The organization was founded by Babu, Danny Glover and actress Ja’Net DuBois (of TV’s “Good Times”).

“The Pan African Film Festival has such a rich history and is known throughout the world for excellence in film presentation. So many of today’s industry A-listers such as Ava Duvernay, Kevin Hart, and David Oyelowo garnered early attention at the Pan African Film Festival. My agency is proud to be a part of this great legacy,” said Brogdon.

This exciting new partnership with PAFF comes on the heels of the agency’s recent win of two prestigious Telly Awards for its development and execution of a live, record-breaking event including a 24-hour live stream program for ABC News, a multi-tiered media campaign reaching 200 million consumers worldwide, which led to a permanent installation at Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Times Square. The Telly is the premier award honoring broadcast and non-broadcast video and television production across all platforms.

Though he has worked successfully in a diverse range of industries, Brogdon has been involved heavily in film, television, media and technology throughout his career, working on behalf of bBooth, Songstagram, Qubeey.com, Dunk.net, Viacom, CBS, Motorola and The Walt Disney Company.

Brogdon was a Senior Marketing Executive for Disney/ABC Cable Networks for eight years before “Imagineering” his own company, N2U Creative Marketing Group. He remained a consultant for various division of Walt Disney for more than a decade afterwards.
