*Kim Kardashian-West’s three new fragrances reportedly banked $5 million in just five minutes after they were released on Tuesday, but along with the sweet smell of success came the stench of a copyright lawsuit over one of the logos.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, marketing company Vibes Media claims Kardashian-West’s KKW company swiped their logo for her Kimoji Vibes perfume, which they claim was trademarked in 2012.

Vibes Media alleges that KKW “has been marketing, promoting, and is now selling a Vibes perfume. The Vibes perfume comes in a bottle that is a close facsimile of the Registered Vibes Logo.”

Vibes Media also claims that KKW has been using their logo on social media to promote the perfume, one of three released Tuesday along with Kimoji Cherry and Kimoji Peach – each retailing for $45.

Vibes Media is seeking unspecified damages, an injunction to keep KKW from continuing to sell the product, and an order for them to turn over all unsold perfumes so they can be destroyed.

Kim’s camp tells The Blast that she’s not worried about the lawsuit, and believes the legal move was done in lieu of a private letter in order to drum up free publicity for the company.
