Tyga Hit With Default Judgment After Ignoring Lawsuit Over Unpaid Car Lease

*Tyga has reportedly been hit with a $157,200 judgment after failing to respond to a lawsuit over a car lease.

The “Taste” rapper reportedly leased a 2014 Land Rover ATB from Midway HFCA and fell behind on his payments after failing to pick it up from a repair shop, according to The Blast.
Tyga, real name Micheal Stevenson, was subsequently sued by Midway HFCA executives.

The rapper originally agreed to pay $4,000 -a-month over 36 months, but he fell behind by $22,700 at the time he dropped the car off for repairs.

Midway HFCA was seeking $202,700 in damages, but Tyga reportedly did not show up to court to face the accusations and last month he was slapped with a $141,000 judgment in damages, plus interest and legal fees.
