XXXTentacion Wrote Out a Will Months Before His Tragic Death

*Although he couldn’t have known that his days were numbered, XXXTentacion was legally prepared for his death after drafting a last will and testament just months before his murder in Florida.

According to court records obtained by The Blast, X’s mother Cleo filed the probate case for his estate on June 25. In her filing, she included an 11-page will that was apparently executed on November 17, 2017.

Details of the will have not been divulged, but it does include a specific section listing the beneficiaries of his estate. It’s unclear if X’s unborn child, who was just publicly revealed, will be financially covered in the documents.

The probate filing also includes his death certificate and a request by the rapper’s mother to become the administrator of his estate.

*Police are looking to grill a second Florida man in the killing of rapper XXXTentacion during an apparent robbery.

The Broward County Sheriff’s Office said they’re looking for 22-year-old Robert Allen to find out what he may know about the fatal shooting last week, reports Billboard. No charges have been filed against Allen.

Meanwhile, 22-year-old Dedrick Williams is facing murder charges in the case after being apprehended last week. He has not yet entered a plea.

Authorities say that two men wearing masks got out of an SUV that was blocking the rapper’s luxury car outside a motorcycle dealership. XXXTentation, whose real name is Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, was shot after a struggle.

As previously reported, friends and family gathered Wednesday at a Florida sports arena to remember the rapper.
