*Montel Williams has certainly gotten his groove back following a health scare that landed him in the hospital in May.
“I’m back. I have more rehab to do so I can get back in the gym, but I’m back,” he captioned an Instagram video posted on Wednesday.
Williams, who lives with multiple sclerosis, was rushed to the hospital several weeks ago after he “over did it” during a workout in New York City. He would not elaborate on the medical emergency, but he has apparently bounced back, as evidenced by his shared video in which he does a lil’ shimmy during a physical therapy session.
“We’ve been dancing up and down the hall every now and then,” he says in the video while being guided down a hallway and playing catch with a doctor. The former talk show host was being followed by another camera, where he further explained his recovery.
His caption concluded: “Thank you all for the messages, the calls, the prayers. My family and I will never forget the outpouring of support. I am where I am because of each of you.”
