*The second leg of Beyoncé and Jay-Z OTR Tour isn’t going as planned.
According to reports, tickets were given away for free ahead of their Glasgow concert due to low sales.
“If you are near Hampden Park go to the main parking lot they are giving out free tickets for Beyonce & Jay-Z concert because of empty seats,” one fan tweeted on June 9.
“They knew the concert wasn’t going to sell out and already had curtains set up before the show to cover the empty sections,” another user said.
Some fans even claimed they got VIP upgrades for free.

According to The Sun, Bey and Jay “have thousands of unsold tickets for their UK dates, forcing them to cover large sections of seating in the stadium venues.”
Many fans outside their Glasgow concert reported being offered free tickets or seat upgrades.
One wrote on Twitter: “If you are near Hampden Park go to the main parking lot they are giving out free tickets for the Beyoncé & Jay Z concert because of empty seats.”
Another tweeted: “Met Beyoncé’s security in work and he’s offered me free tickets for tonight.”

Another fan even suggested Beyonce recycled the setlist from her Coachella performance back in April: “that setlist was so terrible. Beyonce must really think her fans are fools if she think we gonna be content with seeing THE EXACT SAME SHOW with uglier outfits. I’ll prob be getting my money back…she f*cking tried it,” the fan said.
The Carters kicked off their 48-date run at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium a week ago with tickets ranging from $60 to $600+ for a VIP standing pass.
Promoter Live Nation has spent millions on the concerts, but only nine out of the remaining 46 dates in Europe and North America have sold out.
